Hello!

I’m glad to have you here!

As a student, my portfolio and skillset are still an ever-growing work in progress.

Please feel free to check them out after reading how I got here.

About Me

I have always had a passion for makeup and the arts, which I developed in my childhood bathroom, where I would mess around with Spirit Halloween liquid latex after watching DIY SFX videos on YouTube.

When I graduated from high school, I discovered Sheridan's Advanced SFX program; however, since it is an advanced course, I was unable to apply. After additional research, I learned about Humber College's Cosmetic Management program, which seemed like it was made for me. I promptly applied and started college at the age of 17. The program is a business program and I learned far more skills than just applying makeup, including: several product knowledge classes, cosmetic and fashion history, ethics and sustainability, event planning, marketing and sales, retail buying, and colour theory.

During this program, one of my courses was “Cosmetics Special Effects for Film and TV,” and that class alone reignited the special effects interest I had as a child.

After graduation, I rediscovered Sheridan's Advanced SFX program and began that journey less than two months after my application.

I have learned more skills than I ever thought I'd be able to achieve in this program, and I have found particular love and interests in sculpting, moulding, and casting. As well as SFX makeup application and prosthetics, of course.

I have created more things than I thought were even possible for me to make, and I will continue to do so with my newfound skills.

To see some of the concepts and items I have created during my time in these two programs, please take a look at my portfolios, and keep an eye out for any new additions I may add in the future.
